Georgia (the US state) was one of those penal colonies.
Non-white people mostly just sold their "undesirables" off into slavery or killed them.
I'm intelligent enough to understand that in ~10 generations, Caucasians will be a miniscule fraction of what we/they are today.
I would say it's unwise to ignore cultural output as an objective fact.

For demographics, don't define people. Social pedagogies do.
