...because I read bowser's pitch? The best you're gonna get is a hundred units in a five over one, priced for tailgate airbnbs. The stadium and parking for it will obviously take up the overwhelming majority of the site

There’s at least 100 usable acres and any parking will be consolidated into a parking garage. I think we’re going to see a lot of different uses.
