I do not get using this stuff for writing at all. If you can compose the sentence, "Write a description of gouda that will appeal to cheese lovers," and you are yourself a cheese lover, is it that hard to...just write a description you like?

It seems like the whole AI phenomenon involves coming up with things that would appeal to workaholic c-suite guys who imagine themselves an app away from being masters of the universe. They don't need to cultivate any expertise, they can just instantly talk like a cheese lover with AI.

Even the fixed text says that smoked Gouda is "smoked in brick ovens over flaming hickory chip embers", which contains a logical contradiction ("flaming ember") and two specific details that are not universal ("brick oven", "hickory chip").
