If they give you a tracking # you can find out. Had it happen a couple of times where the label was made but not picked up/shipped for 24-48 hrs.

Could be worse... Costco was supposed to deliver our new TV tomorrow. Cool, cleared the decks to be here tomorrow. Then they brought it today and just... left it by the front door. Didn't ring the bell, just sent me an email delivery notification. That I saw an hour later.
