First, using the FBI to harass perceived political enemies is, on its face, a threat to democracy. We've had a lot of attention on that.

They don’t need a lot of manpower to make up cases and lie and frame people for things that aren’t crimes in order to cause distress, pain, and warn others. Just a few people can do all that damage. And just a few probably can be trusted to do it the way trumpkash want it done.
