Having looked at data from 1984, 1993, and 2004, I can’t think of a time this has happened.
From a 25 point deficit on the day Trudeau announced his departure, to a 6 point deficit 2 months later, is a historic swing.
Trump changed everything. And the rise of Carney also is huge.
