I had to unfollow some of the news outlets I had like Aaron Rupar, cause he posts every 4 minutes and its all depressing stuff. Just decided to go somewhere else to get the news. It was definitely getting depressing.

I think a lot of it has to do with people having a natural tendency to withdraw when faced with trauma
