That's wonderful, Rob! If you do decide to "branch out" (haha) into growing your own veg, the little French radishes are easy and quick. 4-5 weeks from sowing to harvesting. But for now, enjoy the sprouting. Those alfalfa look much nicer than the ones you buy in the supermarket.
