A girlfriend of mine with endometriosis is in sheer pain for much of the month. Bedridden. She's been begging for a hysterectomy for 20 years. And refused repeatedly because "she may want children one day."
She's on disability because of this. What would a "reasonable adjustment" be exactly?

Relevant to the 'disabled people need to work' discussions:
A contact of mine applied for a job.
They asked for one small cost-free 'reasonable adjustment'.
The employer promptly told them they couldn't have this.
No discussion.
It's Not The Disabled People Who Are The 'Problem', #Labour Party.

However hysterectomy doesn’t cure endo. It can cure adenomysosis. But as endo is outside the uterus, it can still react and spread even if they also excise as much as they can see.
Way more research is needed.
Id suggest looking up Nancy's Nook and looking for a doctor on https://ICareBetter.com
I thought ICareBetter would have more leads too. Sorry!
