And don’t worry if doing things without it feels hard at first.
Will probably take about two weeks to get back into it feeling normal to not use them. (Based on anecdote from the book “Reader, Come Home”).
The addiction and dependency are real.
EEG is just not sufficient for supporting the claims made in that abstract, esp “brain connectivity”. Definitely a lot of confirmation bias going on here for a study with only 54 participants.
