Yes - Canada is overall a more educated population than in the US - but it's still a bit disturbing to see Nunavut so much behind. They also have unbelievably expensive grocery costs.

Keep in mind it's the politicians in Arkansas who are making sure each new generation is undereducated... so much easier to control. I live in a red state and the ignorance is appalling but I've learned that's not the same as intelligence. They are quite sharp here - just not across the board.
