This is the right approach. A CLEAN 30-day continuing resolution would provide enough time to negotiate a real budget. Not the blank cheque that the GOP wants. Schumer is calling the GOP’s bluff. The GOP will block a vote on a clean 30-day CR, meaning the shutdown is 100% on them.
