Anker soundcore ones are actually pretty alright. Dunno which ones have transparency mode though. If it were me tho I'd mod a pair of DT990s - they're permanently in transparency mode 🤣
Do iittttt :D I did this to a pair of 770s ages ago - I think you could find a much smaller Bluetooth module and battery these days. If nothing else it's quite a fun project !
i might get some regular ass bluetooth headphones and keep this idea on the back burner but i wanna try something like this (but probably a far more jank and ugly version)
is there any bluetooth over-ear full size headphones that are comfy and sound good and have transparency mode. and aren’t 500 dollars like the apple ones
im not sure if this translates to transparency but they have a "be aware" mode meant for being able to go outside with (i dont know what transparency mode is)
these Soundcore life Q30s i have are awesome, and come with noise cancelling, transparency, and sound awareness which is neat
last i checked theyre well under 100, like $50 or something? mightve been on sale though
I’m not sure the transparency setting has been around long enough to be on a cheaper set of headphones yet. I personally like Skullcandy’s Crusher Evo for over ear, the adjustable bass is my favorite feature. Crusher ANC has automatic noise canceling, but no transparency mode.
I have headphones that can be bluetooth or wireless but I have no idea if they have a transparency mode, not even sure that that is tbh? But they're the Hesh Evo over ear headphones by skull candy if you want to take a look for yourself they were, I think I got them on sale for $50.
