Looking for something new (or old) to watch... especially with more than 1-2 seasons... I like a lot of different things and have most of the streaming channels... what do you suggest?

It's emotional, dramatic, funny, heartbreaking, soothing, and also interesting. (I'm not sure why Netflix puts it in the comedy section, it's a lot of other things more than that.)
Severance s2 is currently airing on Apple TV. It's hard to describe without spoilers, but if you like mind bendy mysteries and dark humor, it's very bingeworthy
I started on that one but I found it a difficult watch, and I like horror... maybe it was too real?? But everyone keeps raving about it so maybe I need to keep going...
It kinda has the same tone and intensity throughout, so if you don't like the first few, it might not get more enjoyable.
Alternate rec: If you like something that's more cozy, like a sitcom that's currently airing and has several seasons already, Abbott Elementary's good.
Things I've liked lately: Succession, Mayfair Witches, The Pitt, Devil's Hour, The White Lotus, The Recruit, Lioness, Black Doves, A Discovery of Witches, American Primeval, Bookies, The Sex Lives of College Girls
Most of the shows I've been watching lately have only one season so far or are animated. Older stuff i watched was more scifi (star trek, doctor who, star wars shows) or fantasy (the Witcher, the Untamed, etc).
Ooh that's an option! I put more than one season because I get tired of good shows getting canceled too soon 😭 I've also thought of rewatching some of my fave sci fi shows!
If you need a new timeline, "For All Mankind." Once you get past the first two episodes of macho astronaut antics, it opens up to everyone else in the story and sticks with them, minus a few bumps.
