One last thing! In Indiana it is $157.00 to change your birth certificate and $165.00 for a passport. This makes it so the working poor can’t get the required name change.

Bet they don’t let us use our marriage license to change it back with no need for a court sanctioned name change - though we used that license to change it in the first place.

Can’t go after the Amendment, but can attack this line first. The poor, foreign birth certificates in other language, women married who are poor, and those who changed names. This will ID trans as well unless they already have a current passport, but they won’t renew now.
