Mainstream punditry has had a bias against us for years now, it's hilarious. We can't celebrate our wins. We get called failures if we drop a single point. We get called dangerous while other players get called passionate for the exact same thing. I pay no attention to the mainstream now.

Wonderful. As an American it’s particularly resonate for obvious reasons and harkens back to the origins of “uppity” as a euphemism to ensure blacks knew and continue to know their place in society. Don’t fly too high. We can always bring you back down. Keep speaking truth. Bravo
