ESA was enacted in 1973.The ESA does not demand a cost-benefit analysis before going into action, ensuring that T&E species will be protected and all efforts will be made to assist in recovery.

This Administration is putting industry above the environment.

I was in third grade (IIRC) when I wrote a report on peregrine falcons. I later saw one from my mom’s office in midtown Manhattan, but my parents didn’t believe me, until it was in the NYT. They had been extinct in New York. Endangered Species Act and the EPA made their return possible.
