This is a tragic update on the eagle nest at our training center. After 22 years, the bald eagle’s nest at the National Conservation Training Center is gone. A windstorm blew the nest from its sycamore tree home. Sadly, none of the 3 eaglets survived the 90 ft. fall. They were 4 weeks old.

Today at FWS: The All employee meeting was cancelled about an hour before it began. A sharepoint site was “leaked” and shared widely asking all of us to verify our employment information preparing for a RIF scorecard. Further— we are all being asked to provide HR with resumes by April 29th!!!
