There are so many upper level leaders leaving-it is tragic.

1) we have no performance reviews, so you can’t be disciplined for not getting work done (make sure there are no conduct issues, just be slow).
2) with new leaders, there are no tasks. 😏

4) with retirements and the fork, say the priorities are not getting done because of lack of staff. Note: this is true, we just need to highlight.
6) there will be chaos as people learn. It’s not your job to fix it for them.
7) be sure to get work done related to conservation.
8) the acting leaders are likely one of us but worst that will happen is they go back to their job.
