The bonus of rewatching is skipping dumb episodes. But I personally like Barclay. His Flowers for Algernon episode is awesome, and I love his role in Voyager.

I skip all Paris as Captain Proton and Major Kira in Alternate Universe episodes..they irritate the heck out of me for some reason.
