I'm watching the 1978 Ralph Bakshi Lord of the Rings and all of this rotoscoping is wild.

And while they obviously share the same source material and are going to be similar, I swear there are some shots that got directly lifted by the Peter Jackson ones.

Oh, and Gimli is ridiculously too tall.
