I take it back, we didn't drive any new roads during our evacuation - my wife corrected me. In my defense, I was (probably still am) delirious from sleeping in the car for 2 hours.

We were planning on being at Sunwapta falls this week on the way down to family in Washington. Between the dog border stuff and the fires we just said no.

For what it's worth, the dog border issues were no big deal when we crossed about a week ago near Haines, Alaska. We had documentation of vaccination and that was enough. Glad the changes have been rolled back.
