Jason Goes to Hell is crazy good! X is less so just because they used so much CG they were kinda hamstrung, if that makes sense? It's still FAR and beyond the best it's ever looked, just not as much of an insane transformation as Goes to Hell ❤️

Yes!!! That's the same situation I was in. It's a brand new 4k transfer from the original negative where the Scream one was a 2k from an interpositive. Especially if you have a 4k TV it's a night and day difference. The source they used here is REALLY clean

I have such a soft spot for this ridiculously campy entry in the series.

It’s such a fun ride!

I think more folks would enjoy it if they stopped trying to make it something it’s not.

BIG same, and I agree 100%. I think when I watched it when I got it last week or whenever I said something like "the black sheep gets the red carpet" and I meant it with this one :) both theatrical AND unrated get brand new 4k restorations with Dolby Vision? I am spoiled for choice haha
