Pseudoraptor evolution over many years.
I took into account the need for balance and streamlined the raptorial limbs to more easily move through low vegetation. Fur was added, as some sort of covering seems relatively common on terrestrial endotherms this size.

Also, always a huge fan of raptors. Even if they're alien raptors. 10/10 murder birds.
