In the USA, fascist wackos have the Presidency, both chambers of Congress, the Supreme Court and a majority of state governments. They also have the electoral system stacked in their favour.

Barring a rebellion, there are no obstacles until the midterms.

The right didn't get to this position on their own, they got here through a combination of being propped up by very wealthy people and apathy from the people of America. Over a third didn't vote and many just voted for who ever was their party candidate.
