Muslim demographic in US isn't large enough to sway the vote. Irrespective of how they voted, it is the normal thing to do and protect them from the atrocities that will be inflicted upon them.

Since my article detailing Trump’s “Muslim Ban 2.0” I have received an onslaught of painful messages claiming “American Muslims are getting what we deserved” because they "helped Trump win."
Why this claim is racist, false, & only enables Trump. Let's do better.

[Yes this is how ridiculous your post sounds].
...and you think that makes you a good person?
I was told repeatedly that there were no good choices and picking the lesser of two evils was still choosing evil. So yes if you voted for Satan you deserve whatever consequences come from that.
I have tremendous sympathy for those that didn't vote for him.
And I don't give a shit if that "makes me a good person".
At no point did I say they shouldn't be taught a lesson, but we don't need to be inhumane about it.
Did poorly with white males/still think a woman can’t run a company or be president
How races voted didn’t affect the outcome. Not to mention everyone has the right to vote for who they want and it’s nobody’s business . all racist bullshit
These differences can be addressed when we're in a position where we're not fighting for fundamental needs.
