Absolutely. "When an ethical person had a bad idea they recognise it as such and can explain why. A moral person doesn't have the bad idea in the first place."
This is good practice with the study of logical reasoning fallacies as well… easier to pick and choose when to use a particular argument “style” to best engage one’s audience.
“Ooh, this looks like a tough but super dumb room… let’s go with ad hominem attacks!” 😏
No! Only the system of ethics who makes me feel good about myself in the face of people who out rank me. That which is good is that which panders to my insecurity. People who do not steal, murder or pillage are arrogant, at least if they steal, murder or pillage less than me.
By "all" we can include https://msf.org and Cantor's diagonal first-place-arguments:
1+1;= "bilateral": 1+1 parents
-1 = "false bilateral": "year life"
pi(√-1)Pi = "one first-place argument (photon) proving a 4 point 'Energy square' is not a 5 point 'Energy circuit'=🖐🏾🍉🖐🏾
Just putting it out there, but I'm not convinced that rigid adherence to a code or value system in a situation where it has the potential to hinder or hurt you is in any way a virtue.
I get what you're saying, but it's also important to be flexible in life.
"So convenient a thing it is to be a reasonable creature, since it enables one to find or make a reason for everything one has a mind to do."
- Ben Franklin, autobiography
🙏🏼when +1 eye (a not-blind weather observer) sees that a mountain is larger than a mountain lion, she is focusing in context, so her "everything" is 1+1+1+1+1 "points" (dominant frame of reference): E = mc^2 ≠ -1point👈🏽🚦📚; like #now you're reading #left slower than light speed

That's the Tevye system of ethics.

Probably not relevant to this topic tho
