- A CYP Gender Education Lead has been appointed. The NHS Jobs page for this job is here (https://www.jobs.nhs.uk/candidate/jobadvert/M0034-24-0011). Duties include setting a new service specification with extensive public consultation and to describe a fundamentally different clinical model in accordance with Cass.

- Regarding the Induction training for CYP Gender Services delivered by the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, they have established a review group to review the training. Some of the ETPG have been invited to join this. It was agreed the review group cannot be solely people from the ETPG.

- The Academy is developing Train the Trainer documents. There was a discussion about whether these should be reviewed by experts by experience. It was decided that it shouldn't be, as it was developed based on the Cass Review, “a process which had undertaken extensive stakeholder engagement”.

- Regarding the wider competency framework being developed for all NHS staff, this has not progressed. A business case was submitted to NHS England for approval after the July meeting. A member of NHS England met to discuss the business case which required further detail.

- This business case has not been approved as of 5th November. Once the business case is approved, approval from the Department of Health and Social Care would be needed.
- A decision has been made that the products from the tender and the training programme do not need to be accredited.

-The MindEd modules are not mentioned in any minutes. They were previously raised in the conversations around the wider competency framework, so it may be that they are waiting for that area to progress before actioning further MindEd modules.
