I've called every day this week. On Tuesday, the automated greeting was stuttering quite badly. This morning, I got actual busy signals. It's has been like 15 years since I heard a busy signal.

Definitely call *and* email. Heck, send a letter while you're at it. Hit all channels, so that your odds of one of it getting through goes up. And either way the volume should scare the shit out of them.
