I’m a straight talker, what do they think they are trying to achieve as a government by continuing living in denial? Totally unsurprising cardiovascular events are mentioned given the damage it can do to blood vessels. Denial is costing lives.

They are trying to save the economy. Of course this only works in the short term, because of workers getting increasingly disabled from long Covid (and not enough health workers to cope with all the illness).

They are killing the economy because we have now 1 in 3 nurses with long covid. Many children have had multiple reinfections and are going to have poorer health outcomes. It’s absolute insanity.

It’s not what they want, they have been told masks don’t work etc. That they will become immune when it’s not the reality of the situation. Masks never equated to lockdown, that was propaganda designed to get everyone to reject them. They wanted people to go back to ‘normal’ and failed to give an

informed choice. They told people children didn’t transmit, that was untrue. They told us to wash our hands for a predominantly airborne virus. They told us it was ‘mild’ in most people, they left out that it damages blood vessels.

I get the impression that people do not check the literature because they want masks not to work and want immunity debt to be a thing (so that there is a benefit to be infected and have an excuse to infect others).
