Here in the UK I was diagnosed with long Covid. The brain fog and lethargy coupled with gasping for air when drinking was not fun. I'm omw of the lucky ones in that is seems my symptoms are resolving themselves. My breathing has improved massively and so has my brain fog though I'm not 100%.

I'm grateful overall as it could have been so much worse. While my life hasn't been nearly the same post Covid, I am pleased I feel much more like myself through exercise and counselling and I hope those suffering are as lucky as I've been and my thoughts are with those that haven't been or won't.

Oh yes totally agree. It’s anything prevention related, that’s why the last government changed the UKHSA guidance away from individual to ‘community’ responsibility but then I would argue they aren’t protecting the communities either.
