The 24L should run at least every half hour all day, and the entirety of 195 in RI should have bus-only lanes. It's absurd that there's no reliable way to get between the region's 2 biggest cities except for a few times in the morning and afternoon.

We had SRTA and the Southeastern Regional Planning & Econ Dev District (SRPEDD) in attendance at our TMP Update Kickoff recently. Regional connectivity is a focus area for us. I cannot promise what is possible in the near term. There are some hurdles re: +svc. Further discussion to be had for sure.

There is a difference providing city-to-city connections when they are in the same region and same state. Different when it comes to crossing borders. The higher the frequency, then there are paratransit matters to look into.

There used to be a Peter Pan route that went Prov-New Bedford-on to ?Hyannis?. I took it to connect with the New Bedford-MVineyard fast ferry. I don't know if it's still running.
