I guess when you have as much money as Stephen King, it's easy to ignore what's happening. At worst, he can escape. He's not going to be deported, or thrown into a camp, or denied essential health care. Not everyone will be so lucky.

From the outside it looks like Dems focus on conduct stuff that a lot of voters don't seem to care about rather than focus on ruinous policy & offer something better.
Headline economic stuff was good under Biden but homelessness still increased by 70k? so not all the economic anxiety was over eggs.
