Understand this order only applies to the Northern District of Texas. Except for a handful of other jurisdictions w/outstanding TROs, most of the nation isn’t covered by this order and admin has been moving migrants to those districts w/admin-friendly judges (hence their appearance in NDTX).

I detest both judges, but they should be impeached for misconduct, not “nullified” by having their budgets/staff removed as you suggest. If that procedure is ok for one judge, it’s OK for all of them, and that is the MAGA-approved path to destroying an independent judiciary. Harms the rule of law.
