I'm not a huge fan of Jeffries most of the time—but he got his Dems together to oppose the Trump funding bill last week, even flying in ill and pregnant representatives to get every last vote.
If we're to believe AOC (and I do), he and other House Dems viewed Schumer as effectively betraying them.

Schumer is still in denial about the seriousness of last week, and giving interviews about how he can get Republicans to agree with him by biking with them in the gym. Outright senility.

If the Senators you list were up for the moment, they would already have used denial of unanimous consent, and quorum calls to stop Trump. But they did not do those things. They actually allowed him to fast track his agenda.

So I question if they’re up to the moment.

Also Murphy is a Senator. Same, talks a great game, but if they are not consistently asking for quorum calls, and denying unanimous consent, they are actually helping Trump fulfill an accelerated agenda. Watch what they do, not what they say.

Our leaders have to be tactical. It’s not wise to be disruptive if they don’t have our support. It will be interesting to see who rises to the top. I’m rooting for AOC, she is more experienced now & I keep hearing young people say they like to see younger people represent them.

I do not understand how approving Rubio was being tactical. They have yet to apologize for all of the evil he is doing. They actually approved him unanimously in record time. I think my senators owe me an answer on that and I have asked several times and they have not responded.

I am older and I wholeheartedly would love young people to step up. I am encouraging my senators to be disruptive and letting them know I have their backs. Their willingness to step into the void is going to be because we have shown them we will back them up.
