Take breaks from consuming news. It's our job to be on top of current events, and by default, we can't escape it during our work hours.
So turn off news alerts, put AppBlock on your phone to block news sites (and social media!) during certain hours, and protect your personal time.

Go for walks. Exercise.
And don't drink too much to relieve stress. It's stressful enough to do this job without doing it hungover.
