I was doing a mixed split for 2 weekdays and 1 full body on weekend. But the full body day started souring as I would run out of steam halfway through xD so 4 mixed days is gonna be the new routine.
I try to get in 7. But, sessions do get custimized, based off how my body feels. At least 100 push ups. Gotta give yourself some grace when you lack time or motivation 🤙🏽
