I think contacting the House Rabbit Society is the best option. They have knowledge and resources.

When she began, there were >200. They were starving, getting run over, eaten by snakes, dying in every horrible way imaginable. She has reduced the colony to 5, adopting out hundreds along the way.
Bunnies waiting for homes are housed in an unused office until their adoption.
We have until the end of February.
