Judge Terence Evans seat on the 7th Circuit was kept open by the Republicans for 8 years from 2010 - 2018. Four of those years 2010-2014 Democrats controlled the Senate. Dems allow & enable this.

Emily Bove is going to be a Judge because a few Democrats refused to support Biden’s pick, Justice Mangi, simply because he's a Muslim and was smeared by the right-wing and some pro Israel hawks.
