There is no "last pandemic" bc the covid pandemic is ongoing! Denying that reality is exactly why we aren't prepared for more pandemics. People in power and the media can't even acknowledge the pandemic that's *currently* happening :(

I think you were fine there. I check people who say “after COVID” or “after the pandemic” but it’s not wrong to use words that differentiate between before the start and after the start. That’s just BCE/CE terminology. And 2020 *is* BPE/PE for us.

The authorities shouldn't have called anyone who dared to question the official line as conspiracy theorist. For example....those of us who thought the virus might have emininated from a lab and those of us who felt that there was no evidence that the vax would stop the spread.
