When I was a SENCo, my link governor was SENCo in another local school. I found it so empowering to have someone who understood the role and the context of the challenges I was facing, someone to challenge me and to celebrate my successes

A good governing body is made up of people from all walks of life, but I do feel that the SENCo has such a unique and misunderstood role, that it really helps to have someone who 'gets it' #EduSky #EduSkyPrimary #SEND
