Also, Oxfam Online shop is great for books, jewellery, all sorts of things. Jacksons Art Supplies is brilliant for …art supplies and Cult Pens is my favourite for stationery. Basically, that covers everything I buy!

Only found that out recently so have started using it to see who has what then go direct. I'm having the same dilemma with campervan bits. OH reads on his kindle at lunchtime so I'm forever getting him stuff and now they've stopped download to non kindle we're stuck with them.
I tried that but, unfortunately, I couldn’t sign on because I must have had an account years and years ago and the system wouldn’t let me change my password or sign on in any other way. Gave up after about an hour.
Yes. i'm careful to only use sellers using royal mail, and have said so.s So many delivery companies are very bad; leaving parcels outside your front door for anyone to take, not delivering on time, no tracking, - it's up to the individual seller who they use on Ebay.

My downfall is sewing supplies. Nowhere near for bits and bobs and when you need them, you need them.
And 99p e-books which I suppose at least give a small payment to authors (instead of to the charity for second hand ones)
