I always have a jar of Memphis dust on hand. I usually leave out the white sugar entirely and add an extra .25 c brown but that’s just my personal preference. It’s fantastic on pork or chicken

I actually used that exact recipe to make pulled pork sandwiches tonight. I keep a jar of it on hand all the time.
Meathead sells premade shakers of his spice mixes, but freely hands out the recipes to mix yourself.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who keeps a batch on hand! I need to mix up another batch though: my last pulled pork run used up my last bit.
