Block everyone who says this is all worthless etc etc. 4 GOP Senators is more than we had before. By the time the House can bring it to a vote via discharge petition in a month a lot more GOP congresscritters may be worried about their jobs. Do not concede the fight in advance.

I've called my congresscritters. They're awful, so them doing something would be pretty uncharacteristic, but maybe if enough people yell their survival instincts will kick in.

I wrote my rep, who is known for his bipartisan work in previous congresses, but I don't hold out much hope that he can reach the unreachable GOP. Still, 4 senators is more than I expected.

I don't know what people were expecting when they elected a Republican trifecta, but I'm sure it wasn't the largest tax hike in history.

People yelling at their Republicans representatives that they don't want their taxes raised could break through.
