That’s higher than a year earlier. At least leasing has picked up to fill more office buildings this year. The city also has big things planned to change the vacancy trajectory in 2025.

These office buildings should be torn down to build new, green, affordable housing with mixed zoning. Denver could be a much better city if the absolutely atrocious downtown zoning was fixed
