The warning signs have been there since the fucking 70s. When I learned of him in the 90s, I didn't like him then. Even his name gave me a sense of revulsion.

People forget that Trump was known as an asshole for SO LONG that there was literally an episode OF THE GOLDEN GIRLS where Merv Griffin is referred to as "the anti-Trump" because he's so likable and intelligent.

And then I always get the argument thrown at me that "Trump was a Democrat" like that's some kind of own. I'd like to counter that during his time being a Democrat, he never once was able to run for president. He had to cross the aisle to the Republican party to achieve that.
