Poor executive functioning is a big part of ADHD. Finding it difficult to plan, organise, prioritise or sequence. Being overwhelmed and then stuck not knowing where to start. Tools like planners, calendars and reminders can help if they are used consistently but beware of relying on them too much.

If I cannot see something, I will not remember it, so I have dedicated areas, or *stations*, thruout my home. Every item shared by family has a specific, not-in-use place. Exs:

2. fam laundry
3. 🎎🥑prep station, etc
The old adage, There is a place for everything, (thus) Everything must be in its place, seems to work here.
