Real talk though. I went home for Christmas and my family are all on CPAP. I got back to Seattle and Iβm now down 20lb, and since starting the cardio Iβm not snoring and Apple shows my breathing disturbances dropped like a rock. I will not go gentle into that good night.
Lmao. I don't want give robots BJs, honest. But has anybody tried a CPAP machine? I was gifted with the ability to remove plaster with my snoring and I'm curious if poor breathing is effecting my quality of sleep. I rarely feel genuinely well rested. But those things are so expensive.

CPAP dreams are real. I like yours better.

If you have decent health insurance, it should cover the sleep study and the machine, you mostly pay for resupplies.
