1) It’s awkward. The patient-dr dynamic makes it weird to ask your dr if they’re OK. Everyone I’ve dealt with has continued to be very professional and behaved as if nothing has changed—it feels like saying something would undermine their effort. You also don’t know their political leanings.
The news is constantly reporting stuff. And honestly, people with boots on the ground, in the trenches are speaking out in mass. I do agree there is fear strangers are one of them. That’s legit.
