He had that segment on Westwood One radio every Monday evening with Jim Gray (IIRC) during halftime of each MNF game back in the 2010s and he always sounded kind of strange then but I just chalked it up to a phone connection or something.

It's funny because Sean McVay has a nasally voice too but he knows how to use it whenever they have him on the headset. Isn't grating like Brady.

McVay’s voice is similar but he’s got the coach gravel voice a bit from screaming and having permanently injured his vocal cords. We know that voice.

I'd never really heard him talk a lot until I had to turn youtube ads back on and saw so many hertz commercials, I would not want that in my ear trying to watch a game
